
Designed and built by Phoenix Specialist Vehicles in 2005, the truck was converted and equipped as a fully self contained expedition vehicle, providing comfortable and practical support in all environments. Built to take five surfers and equipment on short or extended surfing adventures with all facilities onboard.
The lounge area in the centre of the truck provides guests with a cosy area to eat, hang out and rest tired surfed out bodies. Facilities include gas heating, flat screen TV and DVD and large double glazed windows through which you can keep an eye on the waves.

To the rear of the truck is the guest bunk room, fitted with four bunks and storage shelves for clothing etc. Fully insulated with window and skylight. This cabin provides dry and warm sleeping arrangements. Wake up in the morning and check the surf from the comfort of your bed.
In the front of the lounge is the galley, Fitted with a cooker, oven, fridge, sink etc. This area is where the meals are prepared.
Alongside the galley is the onboard wetroom. Fitted with flushing toilet, sink, and shower, with hot and cold running water.
The extended cab is fitted with seating for travelling.
The driver's cabin is above the cab at the very front of the truck and provides separate sleeping accommodation for your surf guide.

To the rear of the truck is the separate surfboard, wetsuit and equipment bay. Hydraulically operated this houses boards, gas generator and has a separate wetroom for hanging wetsuits and is also fitted with a second hot shower so guests can rinse off after surfing. Long boards can also be carried on the roof rack.
